Characteristics

Using 0.5 digital table, high precision sensor, accurate measurement, using six digital display electric stopwatch, can meet the time measurement, it is a good tool for relay protection staff to work outside.
Working principle
Instrument points as the main circuit and auxiliary circuit two circuit, main circuit USES the big knob adjustment, auxiliary circuit USES the small knob adjustment, the primary loop "output options" button on the panel switch control the output of all kinds of quantity, and at the same time, each kind of output switching instrument on digital voltage/current meter can automatically monitor the output value. The auxiliary circuit directly adjusts the output through the output switch control, and the measurement can be attached to the multimeter. The AC public terminal is asterisks (*), and the DC public terminal is asterisks .
3.1 Principle of the main loop
The input AC220V power supply enters the input terminal of double carbon brush voltage regulator T1 through the output control relay K1, and the amount of electricity adjusted through the T1 big knob enters the isolation transformer T2 (part-time riser). The riser is divided into three taps, one of which is AC0-250V output, and the rated current is 3A. The output voltage of the tap can output 0-350V DC voltage after rectification filtering; The second pump is 20V (10A). The tap output 0-10A AC current through the sensor through the relay control, the output 0-500mA AC current through the resistance, the output 0-10A or 0-500mA DC current through the relay conversion; The second tap is a 15V (100A) high-current end, which directly outputs 100A current through the sensor at a time. The loop has a strong load capacity, but the output is slightly overloaded and cannot be in the high-current state for a long time.
3.2 auxiliary circuit
The same as the main circuit, AC220V power supply through insurance into the double carbon brush voltage regulator T1 small knob to adjust the voltage, through the isolation transformer T4 can directly adjust the output 0-20V or 0-250V AC voltage or 0-350V DC voltage, the circuit rated current is 1A. Press the auxiliary circuit "output control" switch, adjust the small knob to output.
3.3 Measurement loop
The output of the main loop regulated by the big knob is AC "0-250V", "0-500mA", "0-10A", "0-100A". The DC "0-350V", "0-500mA" and "0-10A" are converted through the relay on the circuit board of the equipment, and the memo can monitor the corresponding output for each shift. When "0-500mA" is used in "0-10A", "0-500mA" is monitored under "0-10A".
3.4 Time measurement
The device has a built-in 6-bit digital stopwatch. The electric stopwatch can be started internally or externally. For internal startup, press the "output control" switch to start the stopwatch, and stop the stopwatch by connecting the stopwatch terminal on the device panel. The stopwatch is equipped with a separate power switch, which can be turned off when not in use.
3.5 Audible and Optical Information
The circuit equipment has a built-in acousto-optic prompt circuit. When the contact of the tested broken appliance is in action, the contact can be connected to the acousto-optic prompt jack of the test box, and the test box will emit an alarm sound or light, indicating the action of the contact of the broken appliance.
Use method
4.1 Check or preparation before use.
Before using the instrument, the appearance should be checked first, and the grounding end of the three-core power cable should be reliably grounded, and then the instrument is tested on. At this time, the two watch heads should be bright, and the stopwatch power switch should be opened. The stopwatch switch should be normal. Press the "Output Selection" button switch by hand, and the output status indicator should be selected as normal from left to right.
4.2 Main loop voltage output operation
Set the output state to "AC0-250V", press the "output control switch" of the main loop in the lower right corner of the test box, and slowly adjust the big knob of the voltage regulator. At this time, the voltage/ammeter should have "0-250V" AC voltage display. To output "DC0-350V", set the output state to "DC0-350V". The adjustment method is the same as above.
4.3 Main loop current output operation .
Set the output state to "AC0-10A" and press the "output control switch" of the main loop to slowly adjust the big knob of the voltage regulator. At this time, the voltage/ammeter should have "0-10A" current display, and other current regulation is similar to this method.
4.4 Auxiliary loop output operation.
Press the auxiliary circuit "output control" switch, slowly adjust the small knob, the auxiliary circuit output terminal is AC "0-20V", "0-250V", DC "0-350V" output, this output is not monitored by the voltage/ammeter.
4.5 Example of Usage.
4.5.1 Voltage relay suction and release test.
Is in the ready state instrument first, participants relay coil to the corresponding voltage output terminals, press the "output control" switch, slowly adjust knob, make the output voltage is rising steadily, to relay timeliness, record and voltage, and then in the opposite direction adjustment knob, to relay release, record the release voltage, thus can calculate the participants relays return coefficient. If the relay under test is an overvoltage relay, it will be carried out in the opposite direction.
4.5.2 Current relay setting value test.
Remove the relay from the line and connect it to the current output terminal of the instrument. Select the appropriate output current file, such as "0-10A" or "0-100A" file, press the "output control" switch, slowly adjust the large knob to the relay action, and observe the voltage/ammeter value to judge the relay action.
4.5.3 Determination of delay time of time relay.
Connect the relay under test to the output terminal (determine the working voltage as AC or DC according to the requirements of the relay), adjust it to the rated operating value, and the power failure will be restored. Stopwatch should be connected to the power supply and reset at this time, the participants relay delay dynamic contact pick up to the stop watch end, press the "output control" switch, relay coil to the rated working voltage, and start the stopwatch at the same time, to stay after the delay time, a stopwatch counting stopped, stopwatch as shown in the figure at this time is the time relay time closing time, if you want to delay release, the measuring principle are the same as before, The actual wiring is reversed.
4.5.4 Intermediate relay test (with holding coil).
Determine what type of action the relay is (voltage or current action) and what type of hold (voltage or current hold). To maintain current voltage (dc relay), choose good dc output current file (0-500 ma, or 0 to 10 a), press the "output control" switch, slowly adjust knob to relay action, write down current action, and then keep the auxiliary circuit output connected to the relay coil end, small slow adjustment knob to relay rating, down to keep voltage value, According to the action or hold the situation, determine the good or bad relay.
In short, as long as the master of the instrument's various output and measuring instrument conversion relationship, can be based on the specific situation of the relay, the test, flexible use, here is not an example.
Matters needing attention
5.1 Before power-on, no load should be connected to each output terminal, the voltage regulator is set to zero, and the "output control" switch should be in the off position.
When A/V select the gear, the voltage regulator will return to zero, otherwise it will damage the instrument.
5.2 Voltage output terminals must not be loaded with low resistance to avoid heat caused by overcurrent.
5.3 The auxiliary loop and the main loop can output only one quantity at a time.
5.4 When the auxiliary loop and the main loop output at the same time, the output current of the main loop should be selected.
5.5 During storage, transportation and use, attention should be paid to shockproof, moisture-proof, and avoid severe impact and falling damage.
